I am Sephardic (Jews expelled from Spain and Portugal in 1492...)... My family ended up in Turkey, went to New York City and a famous Sephardic Synagogue...
I left the Synagogue in the mid 1990s after hearing a sermon justifying The settlements, and referring to Palestinians as animals to be eradicated... Haven't set foot in one since.

That's vitally important and this myth that it's not a Judaism problem needs to be dispelled.
Nowhere in the Quran does it say its okay to rape and murder; extremists who say otherwise are taking sections of very disputed fringe gospels that are not at all universally accepted as coming from the prophet and using that to justify their actions.
Nowhere in the bible does it say those things are okay either (the old testament is literally the Torah renamed).

The other hand absolutely says those things are okay, because as stated above; it's the old testament, anyone who has read a Christian bible, you've read the key tenets of Judaism in Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
Which anyone familiar with the bible will tell you accounts for about 80% of what's wrong with the bible.
Those are the foundational texts of Judaism.
Even Romans and Revelations are not entirely Christian, the Biblical apocalypse bares a striking 2/

In Judaism it's *shocked face* the Jews, and the world acknowledges Judaism as the truth faith and converts.
