I don't know anything beyond this video, but just in this room there appears to be fixtures everywhere for the use and enjoyment of the cats. Its an assumption, but i wouldn't be surprised if these cats get walked in leashes. My assumption is based just on the amount of time and focus their human has put into their health and happiness shown in this short clip, but that's all we have to go on.
