The manufacturer of these gloves "Compliant Technologies" has a bunch of things written in the instructions like "do not use for verbal defiance, torture or on elderly, pregnant women, people with medical issues. Do not use more than 1 pair on one person, do not shock for longer than 15 seconds, etc etc" My guess is ICE is gonna ignore all of those and use them in exactly all those wrong ways
