If I were American and this would happen to my daughter I would be taking her on a short vacation to Europe. Strict but liberal rules apply for abortions. Mainly focused on the abortion not being a spur of the moment decision, and to make sure the expecting woman is not being forced into the procedure.

In Texas, every citizen in the state can sue the dad, the doc, and even the kid for even considering the procedure. One does not need to produce evidence an abortion was done, only the suspicion is enough to validate the suit.
