This is the first video of the tragedy that I watch with sound on (I don't know if the others have sound or not) and holy crap, by the noise it makes, you can sense the amount of brute force of that mass of water and debris basically destroying everything in its path.
Reportedly the earthquake detected in conjunction with this (and for a short while suspected as a cause) was not an earthquake but the water, it's collisions and noise shaking the region.
