Bullets are worse, especially if they're hollow point, because they can stay in the wound and continue to do damage, but are small enough they don't actually slow bleeding at all. Plus with the forces involved, there's almost always a large cavity torn open in the path of the bullet, whereas knife wounds tend to be thinner and (generally) cleaner cut with less tearing.

Yes that is exactly right. They are both not great for you, but cheeseburgers do have much more nutritional value that a pile of sugar which is the triple fudge sundae. So if I were to have a preference based on nutrition, I would choose the cheeseburger

I hear you, and yea they are both bad, but there is a good point here - Gunshots go in with a ton of power and velocity and they tear shit up. Knives go in and come out clean without all that percussive force ripping things apart.
