Christmas morning 2005 my pal was dumping lav when the hose failed. Full tank - redeye charter back from Mexico. I was standing in the galley grooming with the door open and I heard "snap" - "thump" - "splooosh" - "Oh Fuck!". Luckily, it being winter and it, it immediately froze mostly solid underneath the airplane. What we didn't count on was the sun coming out a little bit before the passengers came out to board - it was a ground load gate. So we frantically got out the hoses.
