The problem with shooting these poses is all the bloody cleanup afterwards. But you gotta respect the dedication to realism.

I get it ruins some of the profiles and readability, but the lady on the right would realistically be using her off hand to also try to push that knife into the lady on the left by pushing the pommel of the dagger or her own forearm. Not an artist or a real hema athlete, so take all what I said with a healthy grain of salt.
