217lbs at 6 foot 3 feeling healthy and loving life.

Sorry for the 2nd post in a week with my progress pictures but I am so pleased with my progress and I hope it can help and inspire others.

From 5xl fat man t-shirt and 54" shorts to a Large Superdry t-shirt and 36" Levi jeans. A lot of things have changed for me but one thing that has stayed the same is my poor attempt at a beard.

All this has been achieved through keto and hard work. I follow the ketogains 5x5 novice strength program and I also intermittently fast for 18 hours on non training day and 16 hours on training days.

Out of curiosity, do the tattoos look any different after losing the weight? Like did the images condense and tighten together?

My Keto brother! I've been doing it for about 100 days and down 45lb so far, only thing that has worked for me. Awesome work!

Whats the premise of this keto program?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Did the ink in your tattoo look more dense as you shrunk? @OP

10 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

I've always been curious about this myself

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hey mate, I'd say ever so slightly like they've gone from 720p to 1080p if that makes sense?

10 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

Awesome! I have only seen folks get bigger and distort their ink, not the other way. Good job on getting healthy!

I'm curious about the whole Keto thing ...

i'd recommend The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living from Volek and Phinney because its scientifically sound, plus

the /r/keto subreddit for tons of motivation. 1.5 years, 60 pounds gone, more energy, and more bacon! (2/2)
