Let me explain...

I know there's the whole element of being happy in your own skin and being body confident and I don't want to knock anyone for being overweight

But

I'm attending these classes to get myself into better shape and if the instructor is doing it 5-6 times a week and is still overweight it's not a good selling point for the class.

theres something to be said for diet and overall just body type tho

My wife watches a whole show based on a morbidly obese woman leading a dance class. American entertainment at its finest

What if they started at double that size and are just now a bit overweight still?

The best most successful smoking cessation specialist I ever met is a chain smoker and the best clinical dietitian an overweight pizza lover

Sorry Becca Bristow, not Bristol. And she hasn’t had surgery, just a small person. You claimed all dietitians are fat, but they’re both fit
