Currently own a bmw Gsa 2017 but wanted to add a more sporty bike to the collection. This 2008 Triumph has very low mileage and is a pleasure to ride!

Smooth sounding engine to boot!

Nice ride!

I bet it much noisier than your BMW.

THis is why i din't use 3D view in my navigator. The road looks more windier than it actually is. the top 2D view is more realistic. And I'm old, they taught me in military north is always up ;) SO i keep my 2D image fixed north UP.

fun watch, makes me want to try riding a motorcycle but then I remember at age 14 seeing a dude get hit at an intersection on the way to school. He didn't move and by the time he hopefully did I just sat in the car with dread. Spicy memories I guess.

Nice, congrats! I just picked up a new Speedmaster a couple of weeks ago!

I had an 09 Sprint and I took that thing from Minnesota to Cape cod, Yellowstone, Kansas city, and Thunder Bay. Not a great cross country bike, but it was an amazing ride. The crackling when you let off the throttle, the easy revving, I miss it so much.

I love bikes. But here in NorCal, you have to be borderline suicidal to ride one.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love that view but at the same time get panicky when you cant see around a corner and accelerate...so many times seen people maimed or killed on those corners...

I'm 70 but when I was 18 me & a friend got bikes. I stopped riding by the time I was 25. He continued to buy bikes & he would always come by & let me try out his new bike. One day he came by on a Norton & I thought it was just another bike. I gunned it & almost flew off the back. I had trouble holding on. What a phenomenally fast bike. I'll never forget it. He came by once on a monster electro-glide Harley once. Even tho he was tiny compared to me, I would not get on that monster.

The Commando was a way better machine. Nortons rule.

Reminds me of the Tail of the Dragon. Great ride. Never done it on a bike .

What if deer happens?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Happened last month when I was riding through the Pyrenees. Bit scary but luckily the bike had good brakes

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I bet it was scary, fortunately for you and the deer all is good!

Nice road positioning

Love Triumph, had a red Triumph Daytona 675 that was so fun to ride.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That's both really cool and terrifying at the same time

Right on

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My dumb friend wants to know what the black capped thing on the right handlebar is.

Brake fluid

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well that will just slow you down.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I liked the video till the bike crashed.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was torn between one of these and a K1200S. I chose the BMW

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Triumphs are great bikes. Much better than that one brand that puts their name all over shit. Yeah, you know the one. Orange and black, creativity they lack. ;)

Kubota? I didnt know they made motorcycles.

I am on a 1999 Tornado Red 955 Sprint. Love it! The sound, the feeling, the power, the aura!

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nice! Enjoy the hell out of it, stay hydrated, wave at kids.

That phone screen looks super distracting.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

You don't really think about it 99% of the time. It's like having a mini-map in a video game.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sure when the camera is pointed right at it lol

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Its out of sight line for the rider, but available to glance at to see what turns you have.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I feel like it's better to know there's a hairpin turn ahead though.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Watch the road instead.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You should ride based on what you can see, the map won’t show you if there is an overturned car just around the corner.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Seeing this makes me what to go back to biking. Stopped after a near fatal crash 10 years ago. Lovely bike BTW.

I was first on scene at a MC accident. Noone to Blake but the drivers. Both died. Thankfully, my daughter does not remember.

I highsided off my 2012 cbr 600rr going 110 and was lucky enough to somehow walk away after that. Weirdly enough I too still miss riding sometimes, but know I will ultimately never go back to it again.

Don’t do it. It’s only a matter of time. Stick around for a while instead.

My bike has been in storage since the start of the pandemic, I'm so much more risk averse now about almost everything, that I might just get it tuned up and sell it, also I never had to drive anywhere anymore. And it's an old man bike.

3 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Dad bought a -98 Suzuki Savage 650cc just a short while ago. Old man on an old man bike, he's bloody loving it

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The problem with riding a motorbike is you have to rely on the capabilities of other drivers and, buddy, those people are fucking morons.

3 years ago | Likes 91 Dislikes 1

This, and the certain knowledge that I too am a moron.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, no. I often ride as a passenger (don't own a car myself) and I often see bikers drive extremely risky, weaving through traffic and shit. Bikers are morons as much as car drivers are. If not worse.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

This ^ I had a guy cut out in front of me without looking left. Broke both arms, a few ribs, minor spinal fracture. Not a fun time.

3 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

When my friends moved on from tuning to biking, i hesitated and stuck with cars. i was too scared to ride (major anxiety). few months later, a fedex truck pulled out right in front of one of my friends. He smashed through the passenger window smashing helmet first into the drivers face, knocked him out with a concussion. He survived but he'll never walk the same. Traffic cams show the fedex driver at fault. Stay safe out there, riders!

They're not just stupid, a lot of them are malicious. Some are both.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

WHY DO CARS JUST SPEED AND RUSH PAST BIKERS WHEN THEY WOULDNT DO IT TO ANOTHER CAR IT LITERALLY ENDAGERS EVERYONE

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Had recently someone drive past me from the right side (witch here is the wrong side) with a meter distance maybe in a very rainy weather. I was already having a fight with the rain and being wet to my underwear and oh so cold and this dude decided a heart attack is just whats lacking.

Hello fellow Sprint rider! 2001 st myself. About to turn 80k miles on her.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Only 18600 miles on mine when I bought it so brand new 😀
