Use an herbicide that contains Triclopyr. Faster and better than Roundup. You can paint it on if there are non-target plants present.

Whatever you do, NEVER try to kill it with fire! Also all parts of this plant are poisonous at any time of the year.

Use gloves to pull it up, then wash VERY thoroughly with lots of soap and water. Like you got axle grease where it might have touched.

If you touch it with bare skin, wipe the skin off with gasoline and a rag. It breaks up the oils that cause the rash

Oh yea fuck that shit. I got it once from a dirty pair of pants I touched that were sitting for like a week. Persistent for sure!
