"Irrigation and Machinery" is stretching it a bit. This is a town called "Bergen op Zoom" and they are just watering municipal greenery. They're using farm equipment because a summer so hot that it's needed to water municipal greenery is NOT normal in the Netherlands in any way. No local government in NL has ever needed to own equipment to water plants, this is new for us. Eventually the local council will understand they must spend money for a better solution that doesnt need so much fuel.
