Not this specific image but in the currently running Anime The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System the protagonist is a Heavy Knight and he teams up with a jester. It follows the "stupidly hot girl who thinks herself worthless despite her amazing cheat power teams up with amazing guy who got the class no one wants despite being basically invincible so he's the only one who knows how to use it" isekai plot. But it's fun and weirdly over-animated in parts.

Seriously, I get the intent behind the comic given the entire context at hand. Kingpin being enraged to tears at the attack makes sense. Even Magneto is believable.
But Doom? Fucking DOOM? It would've made as much sense to have Thanos or Mephisto there getting misty-eyed. Just don't put him in the comic, for goodness' sake.

#23 My favorite blond from anime is Char Aznable, just BTW. But I take issue with his use of Edward Elric and Vash the Stampede here, as both of those shows were distinctly western coded. Fullmetal Alchemist is set in DefinitelynotGermany, Trigun is literally a space western. Both have multiple blonde characters. Equating them with characters in shows like Bleach, GTO, or Chainsaw Man which have a distinctly Japanese setting kind of detracts from the point he's trying to make.
