Is this tinted skin or smooth fur? Because if it's fur, she doesn't need sunblock.

Color could still be explained as fur, but I'd argue that the muscle/bone and the shiny parts are detailed to look like skin. If the artist intended it to be smooth fur, they took it a step too close to being skin, IMO.

Could be wrong, but I assume Fred Perry of the comic Gold Digger. He's done some other animations in his free time. several of the characters in the comic are cat people IIRC.

yea, it's an FF11 animation, it is called Misi's Mom. I still love that the gun is named Tiny & it has 2 settings; fire & fire.
