As another person mentioned, it becomes clear later on the video. When the bay is hugging the donkey the donkey's hair is going through the plastic door. There are likely other cues, but that's what stood out for me.

I think we're past the point of being able to tell when they want to hide. In this amateur instance, the interaction of the baby face with plastic door/donkey fur. But the strongest evidence really was this user other post. At first, snowy weather and this sort of door and changing white/black and stifness. But I'm a tropical dweller and I guess there could be solutions... point is... we're doomed. I'm just enjoying the last moments we can tell them off.

Head and hooves are cartoonish. One too big, the others too small. Just immediately off-putting.
