Wow, good for you. That's very hard. Don't start sliding like I did and start gaining again. Keep it up. I wish you the best on keeping it off.

Looking good king. Apologies just moved to north of England and strangers, blokes and gals calling you mate, love and king is the norm. Keep it up King.

Two fisted kitchen aids ....

Yeah, I was helping my family with holiday baking. There were 6 kitchen aids in total around the kitchen.

Mark.me down as envious. I only have the one. Good on you OP.

Mine is wild because I went from big guy to noticeably smaller muscular woman lololol <3

Excellent persistence! I'm still riding that rollercoaster, but the progress is there. Posts like these are really encouraging!

Envy. Good on you, man. Ugh. My wife and I had 2 kids, one right after the other, and I wound up getting laid off right as the second was born. The whole combination of events was extremely bad for my weight and all around wellness. I wish I had a success story to close with but... I dont. Yet.

The time will pass anyway.

Keyword "Yet" which you already know. Keep head up bro

I lost about a hundred pounds due to health issues. I'm like 165 now. What's the thing you noticed most during the loss? For me it's that I'm now very aware of my bone structure. Like I never really noticed my ribs before but now when I lay down it's like "hello!".

The cold has been a big one for me

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh yeah that's been a definite issue for me. I dropped weight right before winter and have basically been living under blankets since lol.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I live in the northern states. we get like 6 to 8 month winters, it feels.
