Doesn't matter if it isn't enforced. They do whatever the hell they want and nobody demands enforcement

I'd love it if the slash-Medicare budget fails because it didn't slash Medicare enough, but then any slash-Medicare-more budgets fail because it's too egregiously evil

These mfs had literally an open runway and no brakes or barriers and they still shit the bed.

When all the marauders are outside the walls they fight under one banner. Now they're inside the walls and it turns out looting is not a co-operative enterprise.

ok, I laughed at this - altho I shouldn't ^_^

I like how they're concerned about the budget and not the part where it gives him true dictatorial powers (courts can't use contempt charges against people working for him, effectively meaning they can do whatever they want).

To be clear, those senators think the bill should take MORE from Medicaid and basic social spending

Those four are some of the biggest muppets in the Senate. Good grief.

Wait, this implies that those are the only senate holdouts. Does that mean whatsherface from Alaska, and The Concerned One from Maine are on board with this travesty?

You weren’t played, you just thought he didn’t mean it would happen to you.

You weren't played. You played *yourself* when you didn't listen. When you voted for/as a racist, when you voted for a convicted felon, when you voted for the party that supports this cancerous shitbag, YOU PLAYED YOURSELF.

I absolutely LOVE that the reason the GOP folks are mad is that the bill isn't cruel ENOUGH. So fucking on brand.

And yet they seem to put fingers in their ears whenever I point out Democrats are better for the deficit than Republicans are, historically.

"If we're cutting so much why is it costing more" is a pretty standard gripe for the libertarian republicans.

Over the past decade Republicans have cost more American lives than in any of our nation's enemies in their wildest wet dreams. Between COVID and trying to screw our education and healthcare. Cruelty is what the GOP lives for.

I read this a lot. But knowing some conservatives, they really don’t see their actions as cruel. They may be racist, want to grift, have weird ideas about society, want fiscal control. There are many reasons, and I don’t like them, but boiling them all in the same pot of cruelty makes it hard to wraparound what it is they want. Sometimes they just are not super smart but are willing to ride the coattails to achieve a place at their table. Some are cruel too. Mean and dumb are the worst combo.

I agree that they are not intentionally cruel. The root cause is some mentality that says it's OK to have people that go without, because if they just TRIED harder they would have enough. They just can NOT understand that not everyone got the same life choices and starting point that they did.

The purpose of a system is what the system does. The purpose is cruelty. Do not give them excuses to feign innocence.

Their actions are cruel. Their intentions are immaterial.

I disagree, but only when it comes to having mercy on them. The actions we'll need to take to stop them will probably be the same either way.

The bill will pass the senate. These Republicans KNOW that their votes are NOT NEEDED and are just posturing... hypocrites to the end...

1 year ago | Likes 198 Dislikes 2

Indeed, It WILL pass the senate, come hell or high water... Every single fucking time any republican has spoken against the fat retarded mango, they cave shortly after...
Republican politicians do not have a spine...
Come to think of it, 90%+ of all politicians do not own spines... 🤬

Chuck Schumer has filed a formal request for permission to filibuster. When he receives it back from Mike Johnson, it will be covered in shit if the answer is no, and semen if the answer is yes.

Problem is, Mike Johnson hasn’t been able to cum ever since the animal shelter 86’d him

The vote of one is needed.
I don't see any of them staying strong.

You mean, like how the ruling of a court is needed to deport US citizens?

Or do you mean like how politicians can't accept gifts without needing Congress to OK it?

Perhaps you mean like how they need to follow the genocide convention and what it says about aiding and providing arms?

.... The rules are for thee, peasant. Not for me! - Sincerely, your rulers.

First one to cave will be forgiven bu the cult, the rest will be held accountable.

No they won't.

1 year ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

By the party they will they will not get the Trump endorsement at primary time. That's what passes for accountability. It isn't accountability to you or me
