There is... and your seeing it at work. There are issues in the real world, no matter how rigorous the process is, there is still going to be things that slip out. The recall being issued is the right move, and we are better off with a system that can deal with those when they happen. Much better than if the powers that be are so fragile they cant admit any issues happen.
