More not eating, closet, etc. We pick a diff vet. They do more tests. Pancreas, liver, etc all have sludge and enflamed. We fed him a good food, but vet said at a certain age they can have issues and switch to hill science food. That plus some short term meds were the fix for now. Trust your cat, and get second opinions if necessary.
