Your smart phone already tracks everything you do and has been doing so since they were created. Everything you do online e leaves a thumb print. I have seen the data for myself. The US government has been taking this data for decades. So this isnt anything new. If you don't want your data used like this then remove all electronics with wifi from your life.

SCOTUS has ruled Americans do not have a constitutional right to privacy. All the feds have to do is pass a law that says this kind of surveillance cannot be outlawed in any state, and it is here to stay.

Jammers are illegal, not for use against Flock but generally. They're essentially just broadcasting noise at extremely high volume on the entire communications band and that's violating a number of regulations even before it interferes with 911 calls. Guess we go back to not being reachable by phone except when we WANT to be. Turn the suckers off until we need to make a call. One of my use cases with this tech was to get plans to fix transportation after comprehensive studies on any completed data set it could spit out about how people are currently moving in real time. Fuck greedy companies who taint helpful tech.

Kinda hard to explain how it happened. Although once I figured it out, I made it very known about what I found. Its how people took it, that led me to destroy the whole project over a year ago.
