It took me 3 weeks, working long nights after my day job and weekends to build this. The body is made of upholstery foam, covered in spandex then sealed in silicone caulking. Colin Douglas photography took these incredible photos at New York comic con 2021
I tore up some clothes from Walmart to give him a menacing look! They barely fit even after ripping them! Check out the process on my Instagram if you want @ crashprojectcosplay
The face and teeth are made from foam clay, and I used dinosaur toys as reference. I wanted him to look as animalistic as possible. My real face is in his neck, and I see out of his mouth! I don't really breathe though...

instant ice packs with you when you're wearing it! I've kept them strapped to my wrists and neck and have dodged heat stroke so far!

Yes! Everything was made the same way on the body. Neck down, it's upholstery foam, then carving scales and wrinkles in it, then contact...
