Why wasn't Obama arrested and charged back when Trump first made this claim during the 2015 election? if referring to the recent ruling in his favour on immunity - trump&co's judges had it written specifically to exclude anyone that previously held office (that isn't sitting in th eposition now) so Obama couldn't fall under it, because then angent orange can't harass him or the other democrats he doesn't like when he wants a distraction.

Election *infrastructure* is secure: meaning the voting machines, databases, storage facilities, and polling places weren’t affected, which is a good thing.
