Y'know, I kinda almost wish a conservative/MAGA/Republican (there is *technically* a Venn diagram here even if the overlap is 98.27%) asked me who I voted for. I'd have to say, "Well, you know how corporations and governments will folks who are really good at hacking and other cybercrimes to protect their computer systems? Problem is Trump made them "feel" heard, while democrats are completely detached. Like when the average person talks about the housing crisis, they are talking about working 60 to 80 hours a week and still not being able to afford rent. Then democrats are like, "this will fix it so that the middle class can more easily afford a first home." Like the people in question will never afford their own home, they just want to make rent, that is going up since it is being treated like investments now..

It's very very simple. The system is fucking them over and every politician is saying it's fine. Trump was one of the few willing to say out loud "yes the system is fucking you, all of you and it has been for years"
It helped that he lied and said he would undo the fuckery when in fact he exploited it, and it also helped Trump that a lot of "insiders" prevented him from fully exploiting the fuckery in his first term.

what i don't get is how people believe it, the news/propaganda? i did take all the business/marketing classes i still don't understand why it works? i've never in life purchased items i saw advertised on TV, radio, print, internet. why does it work on most others? when people consume "news" social media, why r they unable to process the lies from facts?
