Georgia gives a free "voter" ID, but it requires a birth certificate, usually $25 in Georgia. If you happen to have been born in Georgia that too is free for the poor (if it's available and no errors, otherwise it's a nightmare as you'll see below). However, if you were born in another state the birth certificate is not free. And, a birth certificate is not the only requirement, especially if one is a naturalized citizen.

Turns out most voter fraud is from those (overwhelmingly GOP) who vote twice like those in the retirement Villages in Florida who still have an address in their previous state, or like Mark Meadows (Trump's Chief of Staff) who had fraudulent addresses in their home state while actually living in DC area.
