The dogs were going crazy at the living room window. I looked out and saw Yogi.

Having a home in northern NJ, black bears in our yard are a regular occurrence and a welcome sight...though not for the cast-iron bird feeding post.

Might wanna put the run to it before it gets too comfortable & becomes a danger to you & your family.

The state (Pennsylvania) is very good about trapping and relocating problem bears. If you bring in your bird feeders and wait a few weeks, they generally move on to more open areas. They’re just passing through.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

you don't want bears, don't spill cocaine all over the yard!

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’m always careful not to.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why the fuck are they so fluffy and round like they want to be pet, but would maul my face off and kick it around like a soccer ball?

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

They're pissed because they used to be the dominant lifeform on Earth, then some punk-ass monkeys came along and started evolving and inventing.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As long as it didn’t get to the cocaine, you’ll be fine.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Heh, it’s where we dump shelled corn for the deer, turkeys, crows.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ahhh, I see. The "body" of the materials is "dead" corn. (evil giggle)

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Actually it’s not. Lived with my gf for 20 years now. Her house, though I put a new roof on and added a porch and deck. We are old now so it’s no big thing.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You know, once you get the bridle and saddle on it, riding a bear probably isn't all that difficult.

The majority of black bear encounters end peacefully, the minority end with a well fed bear.

3 years ago | Likes 93 Dislikes 0

There's only an average of one fatal black bear attack in the entire US per year.

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Ban black bears!

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That one bear needs to be stopped immediately!!

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Saw one years ago eating blackberries in my yard. I tried getting a picture with my flip phone but it was too far away. In my slippers, I walked closer and closer. About 15 yards away I realized I was an idiot and walked backwards quickly.

3 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 0

You realized that you were an idiot and stopped what you were doing. I'm sorry, but that's a total disqualification for the Darwin Award. ;)

Nah, you ain't never gonna be good enough at kung fu to take a Panda. You gotta choose a fighting style they're not as familiar with.
