#34 not true actually, like most rodents rats are born as pinkies (underdeveloped, eyes closed, no fur). They don't look like just a small version of an adult rat until about 4 weeks.

#12 Is the instrument a Turkish kanun with mandals? Anyway, the young gentleman seems to already be pretty proficient! — https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qanun_(instrument)

Jimmytheeel
#35 on the other hand, have you *tried* sleeping 20 hours a day? Maybe that's the secret to parkour
nojustsayitdont
This looks like a perfectly fine day to me. I like to occasionally get out in the weather.
algavinn
Agreed. Fog and rain? Time to head to the beach, the forests, or the mountain for me.

#48 I think a big part of it is that boomers were raised to trust the news, but then in the 80s and 90s corporate-owned, 24 hour news started to become more and more ubiquitous and boomers were never taught to understand the difference between Walter Cronkite and Bill O'Reilly.
ForTheBestReally
#17 “well you see honey the fey are lawful creatures and can’t violate consent. By putting your teeth under your pillow you’re agreeing to the transaction- which is why they don’t go around stealing everyone’s teeth. Dead people can’t give consent. It’s a good example of how no one is entitled to any bit of you without your say so!” There, turned it into an age appropriate lesson about body autonomy and consent. Start them early
ForTheBestReally
Maybe depending on the age you can change some of the words out for simpler ones, but conceptually it still works, change ‘lawful’ to ‘rule following’ and ‘violate consent’ to ‘do things to people they don’t agree to’ or something like that.

bliblablu350
My father did this to my niece. We Ware all discussed but it solves the problem quite well. To avoid the word elegantly in this context
CocaineAndSelfPleasure
1) that’s weird af to do to one’s niece. 2) do you need the bondulance?
bliblablu350
I would say it is weird to almost anyone. As the parents, my siblings are grown up it would have been quite weird too. / No, thanks. As non native speaker in bed with a cold I didn’t give to much of a fuck
algavinn
I had to see it, so you had to see it. We suffer together.

#13 piece is entitled Ypres, created by Atago Zao
AeolusWinds
Might be worth mentioning that I'm fairly sure Ypres was a city where toxic gas was used for the first time in WW1, hence all the green smoke around the horseman. Although, I could be wrong on both fronts.
TheMrrigan
Tear Gas was used previously in WW1 but actually toxic gas was used for the first time at Ypres, correct. Both chlorine and mustard gas were used for the first time at Ypres.
gljames24

#58 I just knew I was a fuckin’ Rogue.
DukeDarkwood
It says I'd be a wizard, and, given the choice, I'd choose to be a wizard, but I feel like I'm a sorcerer, but was TOLD I was a wizard, so I have decently good Intelligence (that does nothing for me), and Charisma (my prime requisite) as a dump stat. (If it's relevant, I WAS born a month early, but as a Fighter I would be curiously devoid of -any- proficiencies or feats. At all.)
meganical
I think everybody always wants to be a fuckin’ rogue; at least it’s that way for me but I rarely get to be one because my friends are too incompetent to survive without me being the responsible friend that heals their booboos
folded13
Be the responsible Rogue that lets your friends learn the lessons they need to learn, even if it's the hard way.
ThisGuyPostingThings
I refuse to accept this ordering, as mine's one of my least favourite classes and I don't think it fits me either.
