Is this a photo, a composite, or a photorealistic drawing/painting?

According to the artist's Artstation, it was made in Blender, so it's digital (though that's a pretty broad genre).
aseriesofknots and TomBrokaw are right, Blender and Photoshop. Meaning it's entirely 3D with post processing on top of it for color corrections.
That's really impressive. The grass had me completely fooled.

To expand on aseriesofknots' response, Blender is a 3D modeling program, so you can make digital models of real world (or not) items. It's free and they just released v5. Pretty cool!
