That's the grift in a nutshell. The billionaires pay him. The billionaires get the tax breaks. We pay the taxes to make up the difference. We get no services for those taxes because the billionaires are getting the breaks and the services. Then they manage to shuffle the costs onto the people again, draining the coffers and crashing the economy.
