The live version was about 20 minutes long. My life is now complete.
BBQdBarbieDoll
Friday night? I was there!
malachilenomade
Saw him several years ago at an outside concert in HOT weather. The guy is a trooper... all the outfit changes, running around. Probably 1/
lost a few pounds sweating but he gave it his all and it was a great show.
taksoto
Saw him a week ago. Always fun when he does concerts
I’ve seen his full production which is great but really enjoyed this style as well.

I once met Weird Al. One friend had him sign a can of Spam and the other gave him a funky Twinky weiner dog. It was surreal.
twatburglar
My first concert was going to see him back in '93 or '94, when I was 8.

DAMMIT. I went to his concert in Denver and I was really hoping I would see this one.
Sprezzaturca
Do you have any jelly donuts?
RideTheStimutacs
No, we're all out of jelly donuts.
Intabih4
Do you have any bear claws?
No, we're all out of bear claws.
Shadowfly
Well then, what DO you have?
He added a few flavors to the dialogue: blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, boysenberry, Chuck Berry, Hallie Berry, etc…
He also changed the donut shop to Tim Hortons for his Canadian shows.
Macetheace50
Wakeybonez2
For his running with scissors tour, he said it wasn’t on his normal set list to play it. But he did because he was In Albuquerque!
I should add I live in Albuquerque and i still love this (and I saw this show as a kid). Very excited to see him again this year!
My understanding is he normally only performs it there but this tour is all non-parodies and Albuquerque is probably his most popular.
He’s only ever been allowed to do it once here so it was special lol so very cool it’s on his set list now for all the tour!!
Columbus43219
Let's here it for the Weird Al band! They can play ANYTHING!
dontrike
I need to do that before he fully retires.
smashpro1
My biggest regret is not seeing him when he performed at my college.
ErniesWidow
As someone who teaches Anatomy & Physiology, I love the Pancreas song.
Flow, flow, into the duodenum!
Exactly! Anyone who can fit Islets of Langerhans into a song is brilliant!
MagnificentCake
I would kill to see im do the full thing. I also think he changes it up a but everytime!
Much like the breakdown they do during “Yoda”.
Angrybunny01
He got a great new nick name : Torso boy!
So what's he complaining about?
creativeembassy
Ohhhh BIG BOWL OF SAUERKRAUT! EVERY SINGLE MORNING!
ITS GOOD FOR YYYYOOOOUUUU!
fuckingscott
IT WAS DRIVIN ME CRAZY
FabulouslyTiti
I said to my mom: "HEY MOM! WHAT'S UP WITH ALL THE SAUERKRAUT?!"
MagnificentFork
She leaned right down next to me. And she said "IT'S GOOD FOR YOU!!!"
SilentZed
And my dear sweet Mother, she just looked at me like a cow looks at an oncoming train, and she leaned right next to me...and she said...
ANGRYBATMAN
Saw him 3 years back in Seattle. He's an absolutely incredible live performer
gradeD
Saw him on that tour in Portland. Very tight stage production, guy clearly takes his craft very seriously.
BorkBorkasson
I saw him in Oslo, maybe on that tour. Was great. :) He's such a good performer.
Smoretank
I saw back in Atlanta years ago. Amazing. He opened with "Tacky" with him on the big screen. Walking down hallways. Then he appears at the
Back of the theater. Walks down the aisle singing with the camera man following. Amazing show!
DravTauron
I even made employee of the month when I put out that grease fire with my face!
Did he pause the song to explain why the word "hermaphrodite" is outdated? He did that when I saw him a few weeks ago.
iamdrinkingbeer
Manitoba too. Great show!
Yes he did
ScarletEmerald
Oh good, as a trans person myself who also knows a few intersex people, that part of his song always takes me out of it for a minute.
My son is trans so he and I both appreciated the statement.
It's a great explanation too: "I wrote this in the 80s, we had different words back then, I don't stand by it, and words evolve."
amygdahlias
Yep, in Portland ME as well
reverendfixxxer
I was there for that. He really puts on a great show.
illivannilli
In Albuquerque?
Lincoln, Nebraska.
kickmyballsrealhard
When I saw him at the State Fair here in MN, he played “the biggest ball of twine in MN.” The song is so long and not that popular so 1/
most of the crowd was just like, “ok when does this song end?” Hahaha it was kinda funny that he thought we’d all love that song. He’s so 2/
good live. He had an entire orchestra on stage with him and came out riding a hover board haha 3/3
When I saw him, he did "I wanna be your lover" halfway through, and like half the audience went for a bathroom break.
I saw him years ago and he was working the audience, leaned over me, and sang “your eyes are bluer than the water in my toilet” to my kid.
I’m still jealous to this day.
Crazyaussiecanadian
I said "Kids, if you could go anywhere in this great big world, where'd ya like to go to?"
Acronymicon
To be faaaaaaiiir, that’s my all time favorite song
I literally just went and read the lyrics to that song, it’s a novel. It’s like was he trying to hit a quota..to play the longest song in MN
TonyStewartJrJr
I was working a show of his once and he followed me into a mop closet. Said “wait this isn’t the stage” and left
