Looks amazing! Bought my smoker 5 years ago (cheap barrel smoker) thinking it may be a fad for me. I love the process and thankfully family and friends love the food. Cheap smoker is still going hard, it's a great hobby!

You're not wrong. She sits at 250f for 8 hours with no fuss. Makes life easier.
