I'm 80kg. When i was going to the gym regularly... I don't thnk i ever did more than 160kg. Tbf 10 reps tho. But... I would be proud of myself if i got 140kg. She's doing it with so much less body mass than me.
The OF is kind of a rip off though. All you get for your sub is the opportunity to pay even more for the good stuff. Fortunately she's not hard to find elsewhere.
