Hey, great idea. First start should be to put anyone who buys a gun onto a watch list. Each additional gun purchased by said family members should move them up on said list (if one needs 15 assault rifles and 10 handguns, they are prob not using them for target practice) - Maybe... just MAYBE... having such easy, unfettered access to firearms, just so that a few gun makers can profit and continue 'bribing' the repugnicans, is not such a good plan. Oh yea, background checks might cut profits.
