If puppy chan has had and medical complications removing them from mama can cause regulating body temp issues. They will rest them on a warm pad or this little makeshift warm water bottle.
At least the mom's tail is not chopped away. At least when I meet mutilated dogs there is no need of a t-shirt that states that someone is a complete bastard.
Pitbull fan here. While ear cropping and tail docking are disgusting, not every pet parent is responsible for these disfigurements. It possible someone could have adopted them from a shelter and the previous person decided reject their own humanity to butcher a poor dog’s body. If there’s a pitbull with cropped ears and/or a docked tail at a shelter when my wife and I are able to have dogs, we’ll probably take them because they’re likely to be avoided.
Not sure what led you to such a opinion. I have met more pitbulls who would be intimidated by a chihuahua than any other breed. Almost all the aggression issues that appears in news and surveys comes from idiots getting dogs for "security" encouraging aggressive asocial behavior. The biggest issue I see with Pitbulls in the rescue is many don't know their size and can accidently topple you by leaning. In which case they to families with kids over 5 so the kids know the dog didn't mean to do that
Pitties are what I consider an average sized dog. However, their sheer density makes them scale toppers. My boy is 80 lbs, though he's kinda chonky. My girl is lean looking, and she's still around 70.
Had a vet recommend cropping my dogs ears because he kept getting cysts on them, there are medical reasons for it besides looks. I didn't do it but it was recommend
Our pit has had aural hematomas 2x in both ears from shaking his head too aggressively and bursting blood vessels. I don’t typically like the idea of cropped ears but almost wish he had them.

Lots of dogs in shelters who have cropped ears or docked tails and were discarded. So somebody definitely was a terrible person, just not necessarily the current owners.
Stop cropping dogs and breeding those dogs? Or just stop breeding dogs? The last one would be terrible because no more dogs. I don’t want to live in a world without dogs, and I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t like dogs.
As someone who has volunteered in dog rescue for 14yrs and am on my #319th foster dog, people can hit the stop button on breeding for a couple years and we'd we be fine. Dogs are dying in shelters every day merely just for space
By breeding they mean home breeding. We don't need people doing it at all. Either for themself, for their friends, as a business, etc. 920,000 pets are euthanized a year because we can't find homes for them. Breeding should be done by professionals and regulated to keep the dog population far away from where it is now. I love dogs and for that reason I also say people need to stop breeding them.
There are topo many self proclaimed professionals. "Professionals" can chill on the breeding too. There is a reason there are so many breed specific rescues
