I have a program to reduce blue light at night, tints everything kinda yellow and really blurred the 4, but I can see it now.
you probably have a (mild) color deficiency, its not easy to overlook, and its downright hard to see 21 if you have standard color vision
I can see the difference in color dramatically when comparing the individual circles but in a group it's harder to distinguish.

Not clearly at all - it looks like a slight curl at the bottom of the 7 which can trick you into thinking it's a 2.
The cold green parts of 7 are round on top and bottom and lead to unfinished 2. The warm green fills the blanks for complete and flat 7.
