Explanation: The Tyranids are an extragalactic composite species of hideous, insectoid xenos. They actually comprise an entire space-faring ecosystem comprised of innumerable different bioforms which are all variations on the same genetic theme.
The Tyranids are unlike any other intelligent species encountered by Humanity. They are the ultimate predators; to them, all living things, from the lowliest insect to the most advanced starfaring civilisation, are mere prey. Only now are the inhabitants of the galaxy realising the scale of the threat; unless the Tyranids can be stopped, it will mean nothing less than the extinction of all life.

Fun Fact: The raw matter of Chaos offers no nourishment to Tyranids, and this is why the Hive Fleets normally avoid areas plagued by Warp Storms and Daemonic activity. This has become more difficult, as the impure essence of the Warp increasingly pours from the Great Rift and across the galaxy. This has caused vital resources to be denied to the Hive Fleets and Kronos appears to be the Hive Mind's solution to this problem. The Tyranids have demonstrated the ability to resist Warp Rifts by spawning large amounts of Psyker organisms.

Explain why this guy is a tyranid killer, please?

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

He's the protagonist of the game Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, a boomer shooter in which he decimates the forces of Chaos, effortlessly cutting down droves of enemies a Space Marine would normally be massively outclassed by, and doing it single-handedly with such ferocity that it would make Khorne blush. Essentially, he is an everything killer, the Warhammer 40,000 equivalent of the Doom Slayer, stomping through the foes of the Imperium while shouting one-liners about purging them.

Ah. Thank you

So Chaos is happy to let everyone bite the dust since they wonโ€™t eat them?

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

not all of chaos, only Nurgle wins if everyone dies, the rest of chaos isn't a fan of that, so the other 4 factions fight it (yes, even chaos undivided isn't a fan)

No Nurgle would still definitely lose he doesn't want everything to die at all.Nurgle is technically nature incarnate, the endless cycle of death, decay and renewal.

I said everyone, not everything. If Nurgle's plagues win, he 100% still wins because his plagues don't leave nothing.

No without soul having species that are capable of thought Nurgle will cease to be,so just plagues means he stops existing.

Nurgle existed long before the other chaos gods, and will exist long after, because anything smart enough to fear death powers him.

If life gets snuffed out, Chaos loses, as the Warp is powered by the souls of all* living things.

So Tyranid have no soul?

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Nothing that the Four have been able to feed off, at any rate. The Hive Mind does have a noticeable psychic presence, though. It is in fact so overpowering and smothering that it is called the Shadow in the Warp, and it blocks out astropathic communication as well as mucking up warp travel.

However, a lack of psychic presence has not proven a lack of soul, to use the inverse; blanks.

So they might have a soul but just not one chaos can use? They do affect the warp negatively so chaos does want them gone?
