Its so sad that these small studios that were started or aquired by EA one made freat games before they started to mettle and ultimatly shut them down. While im not the type to play most of thses games (im a person who enjoys mostly JRPGs) i have lots of friends in the gaming community who do. I hope some day EA gets what they deserve for treating these companies/Studios the way they did.
RIP all those lost to EA
(PS sorry in advanced for any year errors if there is some, and if i missed any.)

Can't spell disease without EA
claymore666
To add insult to injury they have given Revive network a cease and desist notice for continuing to run bf2 and bf2142 servers. EA you arepoo

I miss bullfrog...
HelvarTheBerserker
Didn't mythic also make warhammer online? That game was friggin' awesome.
ForKnucklesDeep
There's an easy solution to this. Don't like their business practices, then don't buy their games. Consumer will always have ultimate power.
eastdalecrt
Yes!
KTscrewoff
Simcity 2013 wouldn't have failed if they didn't try to make it a completely online game... js
NebinEsquire
So they name their shitty Origin software after some company they fucked up. Bellends.
Trelis
A new Bioware game used to be a must buy game, until obvious EA interfered and tried to make DA a yearly game - see DA2.
Bukulu
To be honest, if your only accomplishment as company was to be know for "attempting to continue" C&C, it's probably better to be laid off
6Oh4
Ea sucks. We know. It’s a shame there isn’t a company that at least pushes them to make better games.
DailyBullshit
Bullfrog is Populous also... What a good time
realmdweller
Bullfrog man. Classics from my youth. Dungeon Keeper wasted so many hours after Syndicate.
Skittleballs
Never buying an EA game again.
TheBurritoConfederacy
Battle control, offline. :(
blueplinx
I actually like DICE and the games they make, its gonna suck when ea is done with them
Bluejay0013
They can't get rid of dice because Battlefield and Need for speed is their money makers atm
HorsefaceBeeguy
Your forgot criterion games. The guys who produced the greatest racing game of all time. Burnout
AngstAussie
That was the one where they had a mode getting points for the biggest crashes right?
alax1
Criterion hasnt been shut down
squirreltactics
You forgot Lucas Arts; you son of a bitch.
PrimarchLemanRussVI
aw damn Lucas Arts could be next
yifin
That was Disney killing LA. So EA could pay Disney a bunch of money for the license.... Wait, you're right. Add them to the list.
squirreltactics
No LA was purchased by EA. They were partners for years. Disney owns movie rights, not video game rights.
yifin
No, Disney bought everything from Lucas, film and arts. They signed a licensing deal with ea. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LucasArts
SirShankalot34

ColnelMeatsicle
