Not only do some folks suck, but they are also extremely douchey.

Doing thorough DD and now watching my calls.

I'm only saddened by the crashes that impact other drivers. I've no sympathy for the morons.

There are some people that are lazy and ignorant that should not drive. Take your time, everyone has somewhere to be. You aren't special

9 years ago | Likes 149 Dislikes 1

Also just because you're not in a hurry, don't go 10+ mph below the posted speed and not let people pass.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

That guy in the Porsche steering with his knees thinks he's hot shit, but LOL automatic gearbox... Learn to drive, dickhead!

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 3

Why even buy a Porsche (or any other sports car) if one is unable to operate a manual gearbox?

That one fucking douchebag filming while driving Porsche with HIS/HERS KNEE. Omfg.

9 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 0

I thought it was a self-driving car.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I know. It's the equivalent of firing a gun inches either side of peoples heads and boasting about skill. It's so fucking bad.

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

OK but the post title implied these gifs would be people who suck at driving. Safety aside, that driver does not suck at driving.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

This might be picking nits but you can't say "safety aside" when you're talking about whether or not someone knows how to drive!

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 3

Eh. It's the only gif withOUT a crash so...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yeah like I said, I'm picking nits I guess

My thoughts exactly.

I instantly thought of this hahahaha

I pretty much eat my breakfast in the car. Is it bad or just frowned upon?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Shouldn't the cereal go the other way?

I've been rear-ended before and it works the other way. Everything goes back, not forwards. But anyway, Hail The Golden God!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I stopped looking once I saw the cereal one so I could find this

9 years ago | Likes 242 Dislikes 0

Literally did the exact same!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As soon as I saw that I scrolled to the comments looking for it!

i mean depending on how long some people are stuck in traffic, eating a bowl of cereal is a good use of time

9 years ago | Likes 233 Dislikes 15

I have one on the way to work every day. I just hope I won't get rear ended and need the cereal defense

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I didn't see anything wrong with that. Until I realised that many other countries have their steering wheel on the wrong side of the car.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

No its your country that has steering wheel on the wrong side

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

not if he's american

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

i mean it can't be much worse than taking your phone out to take pictures of the drivers next to you

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

I saw that one on TV, it was a cyclist with a helmet cam I believe. Unless this is not that exact scenario. :)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yep, breakfast the most important meal of the day

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Right during the day the the light out of my neighborhood can take 10 to 15 minutes to change... Yes, it's broke but the city won't fix it.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Girl at my school did that and ran over an old man. She got convicted of manslaughter.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

How did she hit an old man, what was he doing on the freeway?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He was on the sidewalk. She was too preoccupied with her cereal and went off the road.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Ah i was talking more of a gridlock situation where you're just sitting there for 10 min at a time

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh that makes sense. I live in the middle of nowhere so I don't really get stuck in traffic, so I didn't consider that.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Jus blend it and put it in a sippy cup like the rest of us

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I kind of wondered a bit if that was me, because that's the exact care I have, and I did take a bowl of scrambled eggs with me once.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I knew I'd be stopped in traffic for some time.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You see nothing wrong with sitting in the middle of an intersection with a bowl of cereal at the wheel?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

What makes you think its an intersection. Most likely gridlock. I've had time to take out my Burger, eat it slowly and still not move.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm assuming a gridlock scenario... Then maybe, lots of normally stupid shit becomes reasonable in gridlock crawls.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Maybe gridlock, maybe waiting at a traffic light. The risk is potential mess; the driving impact is similar to eating a breakfast bar.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I guess if you have the milk, the bowl, the spoon, and the cereal then why not...

9 years ago | Likes 60 Dislikes 5

I make scrambled eggs and eat them from a paper cup

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

normally make my oatmeal at home and bring it in the car, bowel, spoon, food... eat it when im stopped in traffic/light on daily commutes.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

I'm hoping you meant bowl and not bowel?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

well, maybe that too lol. *bowl

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Put it in the bowl first then leave? It's probably normal to have long waits wherever they commute.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

And people ask why we don't have flying cars yet. Imagine giving these A-holes a car that can fly.

9 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 0

Such a car would obviously need to be autonomous

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Which is why manually driven flying vehicles can never be legalized.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

*cough* A plane is a vehicle *cough* But I understand what you mean.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yes, the distinction between an airplane and a flying car can be difficult to make. But pilot licenses and air traffic controllers helps.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Both would be required for flying cars. In air collisions dont happen because of the thousands and thousands of people who map paths.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You really do understand what I mean:)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have come to the conclusion that everyone should have to recertify their capacity to drive every five years or so.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

wouldn't do much good, people can act like they can drive for a test i a controlled environment

Living in southern California and commuting for at lest 90 minutes a day, I encounter at very least, two of these drivers a day

As someone who just got rear-ended on the highway while in the process of moving all my things to my new house, fuck people who drive like

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

this, I'm now stuck without a car for two weeks because some idiot thought whatever he was doing was more win portant than the road

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Shouldn't his insurance pay for a rental?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, mine does, but I didn't get one because where I go to college is two hours away from the nearest rental place

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That really sucks, people can be jerks. Sorry about your car!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Cunts.....cunts everywhere...

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Remember, it's better to lose one second of your life than to lose your life in one second.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

That mist one isn't quite the drivers fault. No illuminated signage and retarded placement. The fact that three other cars were there too.

9 years ago | Likes 133 Dislikes 19

When I can only see two dashed lines in front of me, 120 kph is where I need to be.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

He was speeding for that visibility. If you can't see past 50meters, don't fucking drive at 130km/h

9 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 1

They were driving way too fast for that weather.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Depends what the speed limit was.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 16

Depending on road conditions 25mph can be dangerous on the highway in bad weather. Sounds ridiculous until you've been there

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

That one was pretty terrifying but he seemed to be driving too fast for those conditions.

9 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 1

Far too fast for that weather. Never drive assuming that everything else will be perfect. Could be anything up ahead.

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

Never drive faster than you can see. Applies to fog, smoke, sun in eyes, etc. So yes, driver's fault for too fast for conditions.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

You need a flashing sign to tell you to slow down in fog?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

To warn that there's in lane road works perhaps.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If you're driving you should be able to figure that out yourself (limited visibility = slow down and be cautious)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It is 100% the driver's fault, you never drive too fast to stop at the furthest point you can see. Anything could be on the road.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

It's 100% the drivers fault but why tf weren't there more signs before two lane changes that quick

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

No idea, I don't think they were at fault for not putting more signs but it definitely would have helped.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

But the signage was definitely visible and it probably said, "dude, you are going way too fast". Because that was way too fast.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

Here at least you are supposed to be able to stop on the distance you can see, thought that was global.

9 years ago | Likes 66 Dislikes 4

Unfortunately, common sense is not as common as you would think

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Failure to maintain assured cleared distance is what you get ticketed for if you don't. Whoops...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

People don't even save themselves enough room to stop.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A-fucking-men. But this simple rule seems to be too complex for some folks.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

He was probably going a bit too fast for the environment granted, but that's a minor point comparatively.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 9

I feel like the construction zone should have been marked better. Honestly I drive pretty quick on the highway in Rain places to be.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

No, that's *the* point. Driving too fast for conditions. Primary cause of the accident.

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

The fact that he crashed puts 100% liability on him, 100% fault. He was driving too fast for conditions, and not in legal control.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 4

Fault on both sides. He should have been driving slower in such low visibility. What if it was a deer/fallen tree instead of construction?

9 years ago | Likes 118 Dislikes 5

The guy driving the Porsche with the broken logo on the steering wheel with his legs so that he can film his own stupidity, priceless...

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I wasn't sure what I was looking at.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I can't wait until driverless cars have advanced to the point of ubiquity

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

People will blame the cars for every single accident. I mean, it'll be 1/10th of conditions now, but people will be up in arms.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

People will be up in arms to a certain point. By the point of ubiquity it will be fine. Also, hardly any blowback from the Tesla death.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait someone died in a Tesla? I thought that was impossible.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Their autopilot isn't meant to be fully autonomous. Guy fell asleep. Sensors could not differentiate between sky and semi. Decapitation.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah I read up on it. Semi was perpendicular to road - hard to see against sky and laser thought it might be an overhead road sign.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Veritasium sums up autonomous cars perfectly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBjY3QGNdAw

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The porsche driver steering with his knee is terrifying. It shows that modern cars look after people so much that people become cocky

9 years ago | Likes 158 Dislikes 9

That person needs to go ahead and eat a tree before they kill someone.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

My first thought when I saw that clip was "...First Person view inNeed for Speed in real life?"

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

He's using his knees? Wow. I was thinking that the car has auto pilot and he's just speeding

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Literally playing with other people's lives

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I thought it was a self driving car at first..

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was hoping it was gonna end in a crash

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Especially on a highway and high speed. This behaviour should lead to losing the driving license for at least a couple of years imo.

9 years ago | Likes 58 Dislikes 0

Someone who drives like that should be convicted for attempted murder and be barred from a license for life.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

He wouldn't stop driving though

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I don't understand it, why show off when it's not just your life you're putting at risk? ._.

9 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 1

Because you're a fucking idiot. That's why.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Gif. Thank you for allowing me to explain.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

There's a lot of projectile weapons that can remedy that situation for you.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait, it wasn't auto-driving? Sick.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 17

No self driving system is that monumentally stupid and reckless. It's not sick, it's a coin flip away from being murder.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

my uncle (a tall man with large legs) often drives with his knees

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 26

No offense to you you, but that's fucking stupid of your uncle. I hope he doesn't kill somebody.

9 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 5

also, consider that people with no arms manage to use their knees and feet to drive just fine

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 30

*shrug* he's long enough that it makes sense when he does it. i tried it, it's not hard in a smaller car. he's not killed anyone yet

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 36

"He's not killed anyone yet" is the stupidest, most idiotic excuse for dangerous behaviour I've ever heard.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

so long as you're in control of the vehicle you can drive w/ your dick for all i care

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

"What's wrong with giving my baby whiskey, hasn't killed him yet!"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Congratufuckinglations to your uncle on not killing anyone YET. We have opposable thumbs for a reason, though some people don't deserve them

9 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 5

people without thumbs (or arms even) can drive just fine. without modded cars too.they use their whole foot. sometimes they use their knees.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

"YET". What a moron.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

that's bait. caught ya

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It never ceases to amaze me the lengths people go to in order to attempt to justify their obvious stupidity.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

And this is why I wish to God that AI-Driving will be complete before my now 12-yr old child wants a drivers license.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

are you prepared to buy your 12 yr old an expensive new car in 5 years?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I cant buy her life back, so it will have to be the car. Yes.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Or you could give her a hand me down car and teach her to be a good driver

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In these clips though, its often "the other drivers" fault. Thats why I hope ALL cars are AI, and soon.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Probably not in our lifetimes, replacing every manual car on the roads would take a long time

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's going to be a shitstorm of people venomously against them and even more who will never refuse to drive themselves, though.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#7 is driving way too fast for the conditions. The speed limit is the maximum for ideal conditions, not the minimum for all conditions.

9 years ago | Likes 56 Dislikes 10

There's also absolutely no lit signage saying a lane was closed and to get over, and the work zone wasn't lit... just my observations.

9 years ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 9

That's true, but ultimately a driver needs to be driving at a speed where he can stop as soon as he sees an obstacle.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

it did kind of pop out of nowhere, but driver was going way to fast for those conditions

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

1) Doesn't matter. A fallen tree won't erect signage or lights for you. Neither will a deer, or a previous accident, a traffic jam, etc.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 3

2) Regardless of law, if you can't see clearly beyond a certain point, never drive faster than you could stop within it.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Perfectly said.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You should always be able to stop within the area you can see. The moment he saw the first set of work, he should of dropped 5-10 (mph/kph)

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

and reached a speed where he could safely navigate the work zone.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But I can tell you those sign said "go a lot slower". Speedlimits before hurdles like that are always way low.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Try telling that to everyone with a 4-wheel drive in a snowstorm on I-90 through South Dakota. 80 mph in 1/4 mi visibility? Hold my beer.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Fuckin giviner bud

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love when I see an SUV fly past me... and then see them in the ditch 3 miles up the road.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

actually the speed limit is usually below the maximum for ideal conditions

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 4

That's for an extremely good reason.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's just unsafe thinking though. The speed limit isn't just some arbitrary number. Treat it as the maximum, not the minimum.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

in many places it is either arbitrary to get money from traffic tickets or old enough that cars have advanced, making it unsafe to drive 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 13

that slow. (if you see places where cars tend to naturally drive 5-10mph over speed limits, those are are the places i'm talking about) 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 7

The only reason it's ever unsafe to drive that slow is when other drivers are being dangerously aggressive.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

5-10 over isn't really bad in a 35mph zone but on a 65-70 highway or 15-25 residential your putting just lives at risk

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

#14 is Rt17 in New Jersey right near the on/off Ramps for Interstate 80. I travel through there all the time.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It looks like white car sped up closing the gap at the last moment. Kind of an asshole move if he saw the guy signaling he wanted to turn .

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

At least he used his turn indicator...

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

yeah, most people that try to nudge you out of your lane just keep inching over

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In NJ they just don't signal lane changes

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks, I was about to ask

found the camaro driver

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I apologise, I didn't have a license a the time. I have come to see how annoying that is.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I dunno, he may have been doing that a long time before driving past a Constable On Patrol.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I wish I could have seen that yesterday. Some douche did that on the commute home, then forced himself into the lane and put on his hazards.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

He didn't get off at the next 3 stops, either, so I doubt he had an emergency.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

B.. but they have a Camero.. They're above the law! lol

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I almost wept tears of joy the time I saw that happen irl.

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 1

Illegally, through double yellow.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

could be a emergency, but police will investigate ;)

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

This. Everyone assuming it's some asshole. What if it's some dude with his wife in labor in the back seat with an old man who won't stop to

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Happened with myself and a motorcycle cop who came down an onramp just as some lady was tailgating me hard. So righteous

Was it me?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You know, I think it just may have been

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have been fortunate enough to be stopped in traffic a couple times and caught ppl doing that. Got'eem!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I was getting so irked by the first 7... this one reset my irkometer. Soooooo goooood

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

At first I thought they were going to get away with it.

The thing is, they usually do get away with it. I see it all the time where I live and it drives me nuts. It's nice to see this conclusion.

box of tacks, brother. Toss 'em out the window

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Same. This is in Illinois. There are a lot of fuckers driving on emergency lanes to avoid traffic. Insta-karma needs to happen more often.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Can you explain what happened? I've watched it like 10 times and I can't figure it out

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

If you look in the distance, after he starts fading away, you can see cop lights turn toward him.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

White car tried getting ahead of traffic by using the shoulder of the road, police further down saw them and pulled them over.

9 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 0

White Camaro on the right is using the emergency lane to pass the congestion, police intercepts him.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

If you look in the distance a cop car turns its lights on and starts moving towards the shoulder

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Outside of Massachusetts, people do not use the breakdown lane as a lane to drive in. What the Camaro was doing is actually illegal.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

However in Massachusetts, people drive wherever the fuck they want but brake 50 feet away at a green light if there's a pedestrian in sight.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Pedestrians in Mass give 0 shits and will go where they want. You hit them and no mater what you get fucked; unless the sun was in your eyes.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I always hope ppl who do that get stuck in the shoulder bc traffic doesnt end and noone wil llet them on the road

Yeah. If people are asshats enough to do this, they're asshats enough to force their way back in no matter what.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

somebody always lets them in eventually, i fight tooth and nail to not do it, guy actually nudged my car the other day

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

File a report?

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

nah, he sped off, i got his plate but in IL for highway accidents you have to go to a state police station in person to file the report >

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

and since there was no damage it's not worth the hours that i would have to take out of my weekend

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

v Did they turn on GTA physics?!

9 years ago | Likes 491 Dislikes 3

Touching wheels make a for a nice upward force.

9 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

oh baby, when our wheels touch there's gonna be a loy of "upward force"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Obviously not, the telephone pole stayed in place...

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Valid Point. +1

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good luck with the insurance on that one.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I was laughing when the car just caught fire.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I watched a Nissan barely tap an SUV and pop up like that in Atlanta. Terrifying.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Right? Car almost immediately catches fire and then the nearest car tries to speed away just like GTA:V.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Almost took out the cables too...shit was crazy.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well that escalated quickly!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm not surprised it's from Israel :/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No the lamppost wasn't indestuctible

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Was I imagining it or did the POV car accelerate at the last second to keep the guy from cutting in?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Still his fault but the car in front of him on the right randomly slows right down.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 9

Yep he brakes randomly

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 6

It wasn't random - the parked car was taking up part of his lane, and he didnt want to scrape the car in the left lane. Lanes also merged 1/

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

with the video-car's lane, and didnt want to slam into him either 2/

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The lanes don't merge. There is a left turn lane and a straight lane, look at the sign.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah not random look at curb moving out and doing the lane

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Kinda scary how easily the car catches fire on that accident.

9 years ago | Likes 56 Dislikes 1

Looks like a fuel line might have snagged on the 3rd car it hit. Even if the fuel pump shut off there would be enough fuel to catch fire.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Pretty sure that's exactly what happened. The inertia sensor cut off the fuel system.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"how easy" yeah totally.. the car did a flip and tumbled only through 3 cars..

9 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 6

your name is the perfect reaction to these drivers.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I just noticed that

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It hit 5 cars!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I love how the guy on the right doesn't even slow down

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Well it looks like it was because he randomly slowed down that the accident happened in first place and he knew it so left the scene.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 6

He is not getting far with his left rear tire fucked up like that.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No, still the driver in the behind's fault, if you're not leaving enough follow distance...

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

It isn't just a matter of distance, it seems like he was going way too fast.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Indeed, passed the car with Camera like it was standing still...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Compact drivers have no clue how topheavy their vehicles really are when they make sharp maneuvers like that.

9 years ago | Likes 124 Dislikes 3

I didn't realize that was only an A3... makes more sense. It would take a lot to flip an A4 or A6 up on its nose like that.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

Q3

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm pretty sure the collision had more to do with what happened than the "sharp maneuvering"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Isn't the term for a car like that sedan or saloon?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Compact describes basically any car lower to the ground that isn't a tiny truck or suv w/o you checking the number of doors.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sedan has the traditional 3 box body design, usually 4 doors. A saloon is usually a fancier sedan, like a BMW.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Last I heard Saloon is just the British/commonwealth term. Like "lorry" vs "truck" but maybe people would only import fancier cars...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's also true. I think it's common now in US to associate bmw/jag/mercieBs with luxury & conflate the term, so caddies can be saloons too

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tire to tire contact is crazy. Rt front of idiot hit Lt rear of other car.

9 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 1

Pretty sure he hit the guys back bumper with his front bumper.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks like the same thing happened in #14. TIL, thanks.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Back of the rear tire is lifting, front of the front tire pushing down. When they connect they have crazy friction/grip.
