Then suit up G.I. Joke there with all the cool toys he likes, get him all the T-juice he can shove in his veins, and drop him off in Tehran. No matter what happens, it's better then sending anyone else.

My hometown elementary school is shutting down due to budget issues. The towns mayor is trying to convince everyone that they'll turn the existing school from public to charter. Omitting the fact that it'll take years to set up and money they don't have. And omitting most of these schools are funded by assistance by the Dept of Education. Well, they can kiss that goodbye, the shit gibbon needs money to bomb more poor people on the other side of the globe.

Pentagon budget has been around 900 billion for a few years so a lot of that is military spending whether they're at war or not.

The OP may not understand that, but there are a lot of other caveats attached to the funding that can’t be ignored. There is 73 billion in extra funding for the Pentagon to “cover” the costs of our ridiculous war. They also stuff the SAVE Act into it along with 12 billion to bailout farmers that voted for this, and 10 billion for what they’re calling “election-related measures”…this isn’t business as usual…even for our MIC focused dystopia

Well obviously its coming from cutting their own salaries and reckless spending. I mean this is government we are talking about. Surely you don't belive they will cut funding from social and medical or educational programs to fun this sort of thing do you? Common this is the government. They can definitely be trusted to do the right thing. .... *heavy sarcasm*

If this passes the Senate it becomes a de jure authorization for war... either they can pass a law authorizing the war or authorizing the money for the war, either way funds it.
