Same, I really loved the handful of episodes i watched but there is so much existential horror built into that story. I’ve never seen the nightmare of immortality or a very long life displayed so well. It’s so goddamn sad, while also being really sweet.

It's one of the very few hard core "contrarian" positions I'll hold considering how many younger kids grew up with 7 and its advancements via Playstation etc. I mean, I liked the game its just I was grinding in FF1 when it dropped, fell in love with FF2 and wanted to be a Dragoon Knight, then you're suplexing trains and dealing with the concept of Kefka as a kid. I miss when I had that attention span/

WOR being an after thought wasn't something I knew, I mean so much of this has been lost. Been a VERY long time and a lot of drinks/drugs/concussions since I played it. An afterthought, that would have been weird if I recall... to not happen. Man, I loved all those games when 9 dropped I rushed back(outside of always playing one version of tactics or another).
