Not sure my homestate has the infrastructure outside of the city to not vote by mail. Its basically the default for everyone. I would've had to specifically request not to vote by mail when signing up for my license. Its unfortunate but the majority of the blue population lives within 15 minutes of a polling center, the majority of the red do not.

Everyone is trying to figure out how to “stop” this. Defund the states. Then, there is no reason for the states to send tax dollars to the federal level. For the states he wants to defund, they are also largely the ones supporting red states. It’d be the strait of Hormuz for him again.

My state has always done mail in ballots as its primary form of voting ever since I could first vote. I work 1 block from town hall and could vote in person if I wanted. I will happily refuse to vote in person just to add to the victim tally for lawsuits against the Fed.

Now I don 't know the exact grammatical term for the tense you used ( present participle maybe?), but "will...refuse" is most commonly used as an expression of intent, so I don't find it far fetched to think that was what you meant. So long as more than 1/3 of the Senate is in favor of keeping him, or his term is still going, he can't be removed legally by congress.
Vance, however, could go with the 25th, so long as he has most of the cabinet behind him on it.
