Have one from a company called BigFig which makes them heavier duty than most because they're designed for heavier people. I've loved it for the past 5 years. Very little sag anywhere in it.

We bought the “Purple” brand and I have to say it’s awesome. We also have a Tempur-pedic that we bought from a brick and mortar and it, too, is amazing. The Purple compares very well to it. Everyone should invest in a really good mattress. Full stop.
it really depends on what you prefer. these mattresses that can be squished down completely like this are made entirely of memory foam. you can have different densities of memory foam within the same mattress. I've owned a couple of those. J prefer a firmer mattress now. they sell "hybrid" ones that have some sort of coils built in. those are firmer, but obviously you can't squish them down like this.

Some are, some are not. Is a mostly decent chance they will be, but having purchased 3 from amazon and having to return 2 says (for me) was a 2/3 risk. Amusing thing with first one i got/returned they wanted me to 'return in original packaging' :D (the 2nd one they did not attempt that demand.)

Yeah our guest mattress is one of these and it's pretty comfy. It's held up well but doesn't get a ton of use so hard to say. But for the price, ease, and quality it was definitely at least worth it for a guest bed and I'd consider it next time we need a new mattress for our bed.

Is it comfortable compared to what, and for how long. i advocate for going cheap on most things, but not mattresses, shoes, or toilet paper. You will use them every day of your life and when they go out you will know and suffer. I have an old school hand crafted American made Sterns and Foster that is probably $5k in todays money, but its 20 years old and still sleeps as good as the first day I got it and will probably last forever.
You can get a $500 mattress and its fine, but if you need another in 5-10 years, and another in 5-10 years, and another, if you can, just get the expensive one now that feels better and will keep feeling better long after the others are in the landfill. If you cant, get what you can afford. Is the old expensive boot paradigm. You can get a bunch of cheap boots that are ok and wear out, but if you can afford one good pair, they are more comfortable and last a lifetime.
Same deal with that expensive chest your grandparents had that cost a few grand in todays money but is still as good as new, vs the ikea one that was $100 bucks and broke after a few years. Real metal innersprings and real solid oak is the way to go if you can afford it, but keep in mind it may be something your children can have, and not something that gets tossed after a few years. Fewer expensive things vs more cheaper things.
I'm laying on one right now. It actually looks like this specific one in the video. It was a quarter the cost of one from a mattress store, and then I put a 2 inch memory foam on it. Feels no difference than my old "Eurotop" mattress that I paid way too much for.
Yeah as new, they are basically identical to better ones. The thing is, these cheap ones lasts way less. Like after 3 months you are lying in a somewhat deeper, bodyformed pocket. and the better ones keeps their original form for years.

Ours came like that. Purple. 100kg/200lbs roll. Carried by one guy on his shoulder when they delivered it. Final product height >30cm. Very comfy :)

I bought one ~2008 from Overstock for about $200 and it’s still the most comfortable bed in the house.
My kid sleeps on it now because we upgraded to a King. This one was from Wayfair and it’s very good, but not as great as the old one.
