It's possible but in my opinion unlikely it was available at launch (don't remember, wasn't in the market at the time) and I very much doubt that Microsoft kept making them for very long after they started making consoles with Wi-Fi built in.

To nitpick slightly, only the original Xbox360 came without WiFi. Both the Slim and E variants had WiFi. Original was manufactured 2005-2010. Slim 2010-2013. E 2013-2016.
To your point though, just because it was manufactured or sold until 2010 doesn’t mean it immediately stopped being used. Heck, the marketplace was open and supported until last ye.. err.. 2024.

My first computer had an inbuilt keyboard and no mouse. I also used music tape cassettes to store (and load) games. There was just one serial port, I believe.
