In the US there are multiple Jewish organizations that explicitly denounce and actively work to end the Zionist state. Jewish Voice for Peace is probably most notable. In South Africa we have the SAJFP. Just this past weekend, in the UK, Jewish anti-Zionists were protesting against illegal land sales. And starting tomorrow there's the second Jewish anti-Zionist congress https://jazic.org/ These are just orgs. There are plenty of Jewish individuals who speak up as well, eg. Madea Benjamin.

Israel’s official stance on the holocaust is to largely deny the suffering of groups outside of the Jewish sections of deaths. While Jews were, objectively, the largest group targeted and killed, Israel really likes to downplay that Nazi Germany killed Romani people WAY sooner and to far worse levels, and mostly ignores outright the other groups, mentally disabled included. Israel outright claims that the holocaust is solely a Jewish tragedy and that the name should not be applied to anyone else

Jewish people made up roughly 1/2 of the deaths in the Holocaust, which is certainly significant, but I've long noticed the seeming attempted erasure of the other 6 million people made up of LGBTQ, Romani, the physically and mentally disabled, Jehovah's Witnesses (which is a terrible cult but they were still fuckin people), and anyone who spoke out against the regime.
