I would like to make a law that says any bills that cut the budget for something must be first inacted on the politicians. Any bills that give good things to people, must have every1 else receive them b4 members of Congress. You vote for war? Your kids are put on the front lines 1st. You vote to cut hospitals? Your hospital is the 1st one cut. You vote to give free college education? It better be accessible to every1, bc your kids are going last. Its the golden rule with the politicians last.

100% also felt this when I was the only one in my family who stopped ignoring/ condoning the abusive and fucked up things that were happening. My family all acted like I was insane, while they all carried on acting like everything was normal and fine.

I'd say it's worse than that.. you can be exceptionally aware of how bad things are "out there" but also keep trudging on because you know that your position of relative privilege is *exceptionally* tenuous, and taking time off from work to go attend protests -- or.. take more exceptional measures -- could suddenly leave you homeless and destitute. Having just spent eight years getting my life back on the rails now I'm suddenly trying to figure out how much I can do without being homeless again.

It both is and isnt depending on where and how you are situated. Set yourself up so you can weather things better. Live frugally and embrace lower cost entertainment. Grab bug out gear, and set up a support network and stash some cash, if possible. A side hustle people can e-transfer cash to isnt a bad idea, either. Sorry I cant say "its all going to be OK." Im more in agreement with you. That said, I hope you can weather the storm and bounce back quick if it comes to it again.

Some people are completely unaffected by the changes around them because they do not interact with the world the same way as others. I have a friend that since December 2019 has not left his apartment, for anything other than throw the trash down a chute. He made good money on some early .com bubble in the 2000's and lives off the dividends. He has a service to bring his groceries, one for laundry, taskrabbit, and amazon for everything else. He is happily oblivious, and does not care for news.

also, most people have bills to pay. you can't just stop doing the thing because the system is starting to go south. if you have that luxury, you probably don't need to work (and are probably part of the reason the system is collapsing)

The western (or ancient roman for that matter) of waste management is detrimental and needs to be abandoned. One way or the other, our pee and poo needs to go into the ground, because we're animals, and animals shit in the forest.
Obviously we need "some" technology, like for heating. But we could survive just fine without our modern lifestyles, is what I'm trying to say (and missing a lot of context I admit).

Reading comprehension is the ability to read text, process it and understand its meaning. It relies on two, interconnected abilities: word reading (being able to decode the symbols on the page) and language comprehension you know something they teach in school hence the grade 6 but no let's act like that makes me the dumb one
