I "believe" it is LIGHTS OUT, Game 0ver; people just like making up stories in order to justify their existence... (take The Economy for example, completely imaginary manmade casino) I'm a nihilist, I believe nothing... what is your favorite afterlife scenario? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hC1QL0-tuFA&pp=ygUoYWZ0ZXJsaWZlIHNjZW5hcmlvIGRlc2NyaWJlZCBieSBhIGdlcm1hbg%3D%3D

My afterlife ideology has been reformed to the Universal afterlife options from For Whom the Belle Tolls by Jaysea Lynn.

I get to go back through all my save points and try the other dialogs.
Oh, wait, is that not the Oblivion you were talking about?
DreamBoatDickies
I would say a nothing black void sounds pretty nice

I am hoping to live a good long time because this is the only life I’ll get. Oblivion before and oblivion after. In the meantime? I get to build a life of meaning, making things better for the people I meet if I can, enjoying cats and beer and good food while I can, spending as much time with my wife as I can.
There are ways to spin that as bad and undesirable, but why spend more time being unhappy than you have to be?

Well, billions of years went by and you're alive now. When you're dead, time passes instantly. If time is infinite, it's possible (actually probable) that you'll wake up trillions of billions of years and somewhere else. For you, instant, for the universe a long time.

like an old black and white tv tube
after being on all day, when it was
finally turned off, it dimmed to just
a dot, a point of light in the middle
of the screen that slowly faded out
as the television set cooled... that's
how it ends, slowly powering down
flashing through lifetimes memories
biochemical electropotential flatlines

Don't forget the DMT jolt that slows it all down and speeds it up at the same time

My take is that we live in a cyclic system in which the current version of the Universe either repeats itself forever or in which each Universe is entirely new, free of the past mistakes.
Makes sense when you consider there is a limited amount of ways in which you can combine subatomic particles. Plus, energy can be neither created nor destroyed.

Look who's taking the quick way out. I'm here for 75 tears if slavey loser!

like according to 'the American dream' you retire at 55yo after post-secondary education
seenunseen
They upped it to 65 awhile ago, but that's a relic of a time i'll never experience
WonkoTh3San3
What's this "retire" you speak of? Speaking as a millennial... I'm fairly certain they have hidden this information from us. /s

Try searching Kurt Cobain. He’s my retirement advisor.
