Bradley Jay Nall, 68, of Des Moines is the Pedo-Protector for those interested.

If they violate your first amendment rights, maybe try using your second amendment

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Deck him

1 year ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Nah this is America, we shoot people here.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

There are only so many reasons why one would protect people who rape children. Someone needs to check this guy's browser history.

1 year ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

BINGO!

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A part of his sentencing should be for him to apologize by admitting he was defending a pedophile

1 year ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 2

Was expecting him to get hit by a car there near the end…

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I hope he gets his due. Soon.

1 year ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Internet community, you know what to do.

1 year ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

One thing I’ve noticed about these cowards is they absolutely will not engage when they are presented with people who look like they’re a physical threat. They only do what they do when they don’t think someone there can kick their ass

1 year ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

Kick him in the nuts..then throat punch

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Learn these words:

“I was being menaced, which has a legal definition including speed of approach and distance from my person. I have video evidence.”

“I was in fear for my life and bodily safety”

“At the time I was legally menaced, I believed my violent assailant was armed and possibly intoxicated”

“Under Stand Your Ground Laws, it is illegal for you to ask me if I sought egress, or to imply that I could’ve gotten away without acting in self defense”

Then aim for COM (beer gut)

Im sure he will just take it on the chin.... oh....

Unironically shoot him next time. This is assault, and you are entitled to defend yourself. I've been saying the left needs to arm up for a while now. As the laws currently stand we have every right to carry firearms to our protests, and we should.

1 year ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I am very disappointed they weren't better prepared for this.

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That's about the time I would pull out some pepper spray.

1 year ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Link says "Allegedly" No there is no "Allegedly" about that... He definitely did it, it's on video...

1 year ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 5

Until there's a conviction, all charges are alleged.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Right, but they make the common error of expanding the 'alleged' part to the *actions* that clearly happened rather than merely the determination of a crime. It should be more like: "A man was captured on video tearing down signs and pushing protestors, in an alleged assault"

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As bullshit as it is they have to say allegedly until the court decides. He could be on 20 high definition cameras showing his birth certificate and driver's license but until it's "proven" that it was him it's "allegedly"

1 year ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

And that's a good thing. The courts are arbiters of truth in this context. It isn't up to anyone else to decide where the boundary is for when it becomes "obvious" and we can drop the "allegedly", because no one would agree on where that boundary is. Thus the only sensible boundary is "when the court has said so".

1 year ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Did the idiot say "Don't touch me" or was that one of the protestors? If it was him then they should beat his ass...

1 year ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

It was him. The failure of humanity.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why do they never have chins???

1 year ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Only inbred losers with absolutely nothing going for them in life are dumb enough to try to "defend" the most well known child rapist in the land.

I like that his go-fund-me is now illegal (and removed) since it's classed as 'assault'. My blood boils when I see this, so consequences getting worse for him makes this a tiny little bit more bearable.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks......May This go to DA Top of this Thread!!

1 year ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I keep an aluminum bat in my truck for just such an occasion.

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Try getting a wrench that fits your ball hitch! This thing comes out there's no question it'll fuck shit up and it is a tool you would have for your truck.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

keep a glove and ball too, it prevents premeditation arguments.

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yes officer, I love playing... Uh.. this is for baseball, right? Is that the same thing as softball?

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh this is, uh, catch baseball. You catch the pitcher's ball with the spikes on your club and try to get to base with it before the defense steals it back from you.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Is it not "sitch" as in situation? If it is "stitch" what is that short for or what does that mean?

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Stitch means like stitching two videos together. The guy talking is stitching himself into the other video.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He left his truck there. Why didn't someone "feel threatened" and "flee by the most expedient means"?

1 year ago | Likes 116 Dislikes 6

Wasn't he getting in his (white) truck?

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

I think Skip meant he left his truck while destroying the signs.

1 year ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Would have been much funnier to lock it if he left his keys inside so he would have to just wait there until cops arrive and arrest him for destruction of property and blocking traffic

1 year ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

And assault and likely battery too.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Even better, smash that bitch up and doxx his plate #. Play time over

1 year ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Walk to the passenger side of the car where he can't see you. Deflate the tires. Call 911 about the vehicle that's stuck on the freeway.

Or do 100 other things to his car. It's right there, clearly he values it less than card board signs that just NEED to be destroyed at any cost.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm surprised the cops actually went ahead and filed the charges. Good on Des Moines prosecutors I guess?

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Can we also find out where he works so we can send that place to rock bottom?

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Don't know where he works, but there is some interesting information on this website: https://www.threads.com/@tizzyent/post/DNT5KUFO1fl/video-des-moine-iowa-who-is-he?hl=en

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

lol, probably get him promoted

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

He was also blocking traffic.

1 year ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Yeah, but that's a trash law designed to punish protesters and make cars more important than human lives.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

🤷🏻‍♂️ so start charging drivers with it when they do the same to pedestrians? Until that sucks too bad, and they take it off the books? 🤔

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Illegally parking in the middle of an active traffic lane is ABSOLUTELY not any sort of "trash law". If you have a reason to be parking there, such as work being performed, then you get a work permit for the duration of the job. You cannot just stop and block traffic because you want to. Anything you do in protest is not meant to absolve you of your legal responsibility. When you take part in civil disobedience, you do so knowing that you also can be held responsible for your actions.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"'He wanted a face-to-face interaction to apologize in exchange for us dropping the charges,' she said. 'But I’m just not interested.'"

1 year ago | Likes 802 Dislikes 3

"He can apologize when I visit him in prison." would've been a baller response.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"I'll say sorry, but only if I dont get in trouble for doing something wrong!"

1 year ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Never drop the charges. If you do, they keep on. Consequences matter.

1 year ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 0

"Leave me alone! It wasn't that big of deal." -Chicken Shit McGee facing consequences.

1 year ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Yeah why the fuck would she give him the time of day.

1 year ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I would literally love to apologize to the IRS Commissioner each year for not paying my taxes if that meant I didn't have to pay taxes and wouldn't face charges. I'd turn it into a party, it would be one of the best events of each year.

1 year ago | Likes 75 Dislikes 1

Yea! Instead of paying them, you could just have a "Sorry, I don't want to pay you" party! Don't forget the pizza! Everyone LOVES pizza!

1 year ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I teach this. An apology isn't meant to get you out of trouble or meant to make you feel bad. It exists to help someone move on from what you've done to them. And it certainly isn't a fucking get out of jail free card. Those only exist for wealthy people, and most wealthy people don't stoop to doing this. They get stupid people like this guy to do it for them. Personally, I'd ask which media he consumes and use the law to you after them for inciting violence.

1 year ago | Likes 127 Dislikes 0

They would weaponize this and go after things they dont like not the actual media they use

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Exactly. If you are apologizing in exchange for something it's not an apology. It's a performance.

1 year ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I'll bet he does, crazy to see the attitude change when consequences come calling

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'd say someone should have punched him in the chin, but he would have to have one.

1 year ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 1

I'd toss a fist in there just to see if I could find one.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm all for apologizing, but sometimes a simple "I'm sorry" just doesn't cut it...

1 year ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

The apology has to be real, minimum.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If he was sorry then he wouldn't have conditions to him giving an apology.

1 year ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

The judge will decide how long until he's sorry. His buddy trump can pardon him if he needs

1 year ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

I don’t think this would be a federal case, so Trump can’t pardon him.

1 year ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

He can be charged AND apologize.

1 year ago | Likes 435 Dislikes 0

Hes not fucking sorry. Those types are never sorry. Several people said they were super sowwy for invading the capital, got reduced sentencing, and then turned around and said yeah not actually sorry

1 year ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

He's sorry for himself now that he is paying consequences. That's it, tho

1 year ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

In front of a judge before sentencing

1 year ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 0

He can be charged AND dropped off a cliff

1 year ago | Likes 73 Dislikes 3

Dropped is such a kind word considering.

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He can apologize at his sentencing.

1 year ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 0

I'd say 'Cope and seethe, snowflake!"
Hes lucky he wasn't laid the fuck out on that pavement.

1 year ago | Likes 161 Dislikes 2

I think if there was someone he thought would have swung on him he would never have been so bold. He's a coward when it's him vs someone's mom or grandmother.

1 year ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 1

His lack of chin would have made it difficult.

1 year ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A punch to the chin or face isn't the only way for someone to get laid out on the pavement. I'd suggest a kick to the groin, but I doubt there's anything to damage down there, so probably would need a gut punch or something similar.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Throat punches are even more effective

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There's a big difference between not agreeing with someone's viewpoint and physically destroying someone elses property because you disagree with what they're saying...The first is legal....the second is not!

1 year ago | Likes 313 Dislikes 3

You forgot the assault, as well. You're not allowed to walk up and threaten/intimidate people

1 year ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

This! People really need to learn their legal terms. Assault does not have any requirement to include physical contact with someone else. Just threatening someone verbally or through action that a person would reasonably believe that they will harm them is enough for assault. This fucker is also likely guilty of battery too.

1 year ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

That's fascist mentality.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 29

How's them boots taste?

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Good people are morally obligated to fight fascists in whatever way they want. Words, violence, and destruction are all ok. Fascists cannot be reasoned with and will never give up their hate and superiority.

1 year ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

NO, we had TWO world wars about this. You cannot reason with fascists. It's been tried. They only understand violence.

1 year ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

A little ironic on a site where we regularly encourage the punching in the have of Nazis tho right?

Let's face it, if there was any argument left that could sway the other side they'd have heard it already.

Sometimes physical violence is the only recourse.

We're not against the violence per se, we're against violence enacted on the peaceful.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Which only applies in this case because the fascist is destroying the stuff of the people who are protesting fascism. By all means burn fascists' stuff to the ground and destroy them in all ways you can. You can do no moral wrong to fascists.

1 year ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 0

Yes, because fascism's stance is violence. It's self defense, protecting yourself and the marginalized.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There is no ontologically bad way to attack a fascist.

1 year ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

His name (Bradley Nall) is an anagram of "Really Bland", "Lard an' Belly", "Dry Anal Bell"

1 year ago | Likes 360 Dislikes 10

Drab n' all ley

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Two counts 5th degree assault and one count mischief of some sort as I recall. Both misdemeanors and requires no attorney. $300 for the fine, $200 for material replacement. He's an angry individual and honestly glad the victims are safe. Video shows a moment he flashes violent dark and that's no bueno.

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

According to his wife, though, he doesn’t really mean it when he gets that mad.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Legendary.

1 year ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 1

He was charged with assault three days ago. https://www.kcci.com/article/bradley-nall-des-moines-iowa-protest-assault-charged/65832117

1 year ago | Likes 298 Dislikes 0

He did not go to jail, sadly. It’ll probably just cost him money.

1 year ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

If you have an assault charge you can't get a gun, so at least you know he'll feel emasculated

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

In all his 68 years on this earth he never learned right from wrong. That’s why I don’t give old people a pass just cuz they’re old and “they’re from a different time” or whatever bs people use to justify their behavior. If children can learn it in kindergarten when they have the IQ of an almond then the fuckers can learn here and today. Shame on this man. Thanks for posting the article.

1 year ago | Likes 56 Dislikes 1

This is in no way a defence of anyone's actions but humans on the whole are pretty fucking shitty at unlearning things. That's why it's best to teach them right the first time.

1 year ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

so what? Humans are naturally bad at a lot of things we do. Thats why we PRACTICE IT. I spend tons of my time and effort unlearning bullshit society has taught me. If they cant do the same, then fuck them.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I certainly hope you don't give young aggressive right wingers a pass either. They can't even use the nonsense of coming from 'different time' as an excuse, and I doubt this 'old fella' used that as an argument either. He's just another of the 50+ % of sorry ass 'Murican conservative jerk offs that voted for Trump... Also note that everyone in this clip is over 40, and the one woman has been an active protester for 42 years.
