Tiktok is a series of silos where cults build themselves out of nothing but a collective need for attention. The only way to beat it is to remove yourself from it.

I found this one weird trick to use oxygen to turn food into energy, converting that oxygen to carbon dioxide in the process, which I exhale. I call it breathing, and I use it about 20,000 times a day!

Pro tip: that CO2 can be captured by plants (you don't even need to collect it, they already take care of that), and BAM! They turn it into more food.

See that over there? It's MADE of chicken!

1 month ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

You kill it, you got free chicken. Or don't kill it, fucking eggs come out of their arses. Fuckin' 'ell.

That is bs because you plant garlic in September and it isn’t ready until July. This is not a throw it in the ground and watch it come up unless you have a lot of time

It's much quicker if you can control the forces of nature, or time itself.

My druid powers from DnD will come in handy! I can imagine them just growing fast and eating my enemies!

I've got visions of Triffids fenced in on a rainy night, waiting for commands.

That's nothing. Did you know milk comes from cows?! So if you buy a cow you'll get free milk forever!

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Not quite forever, close, 3 or 4 years.

And cream cheese!

Cheeseburgers. Some assembly required.

Hearing people refer to basic skills and techniques as "hacks" really pets my peeve.

I eat more garlic than I can grow in the space I have.

I hate those videos that are like "boil water, add hotdogs, buns, ketchup, and mustard, all at once, save time and cook everything in 5 minutes, (voice over, EXCELLENT FOOD)."... this shit needs to stop.

Hack: if you dry your clothes on a sunny day, you don't have to pay for sunshine

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Once upon a time, they used to call those "hints" or "tips." Pepperidge Farm remembers.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Who would do that? Hacks! That's who

1 month ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Hahahaha, this made me laugh out loud, thank you.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"hack" - either totally normal thing, or impractical/wrong/illegal

The best one i saw recently was an article about this "new and innovative way" to help propel cargo ships by installing big sheets to catch the wind.

Yes, they invented sails. Again.

It really rustles my jimmies

When the term first started getting traction i saw several viral videos of people showing off "life hacks" that were literally just following the instructions on a package...

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I really think that some people just don't know how easy/not complicated some things are to do. They build stuff up in their head, 'I'll need to buy this, schedule time for that, hire this person to do this.' Then someone tells them, you just need to get this then do this and done. So it is a hack to them.

As a hack, you can block people online who use the word in that way and avoid seeing them do that in the future.

1 month ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Sounds like hack advice.

Damn, I usually have to pay someone to pet my peeve.

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

i have to pay people to hold my grudge and take it for walks.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

has it been a good peeve? does it deserve a good petting? oh wait, hold up, is this cash or charge?
