I frequently go back and forth on which cyber-species I enjoy more: Synths or Protogens. It's like a lil' ongoing war in my head. Today though they're at peace. (artist of this is sepiaflux)
Makes me think of a character from Iain Banks's "The Hydrogen Sonata," who modified his body to fit penises everywhere he could. Just sheer hedonistic decadence. (He went on to complain about the logistics of using them)
You heard. The guy lived in a post-scarcity society that had hit the technological limits. Not much left to do but fuck around, figuratively and literally.
Lol, I see it's like the 10th book in the series. There are bound to be some more extreme characters by that point. Or is this par for the whole series?

Exactly what a synth would say
Clayman8
Ngl, even as a furry i dont see or know the difference...
Jhazkrit
Synths are entirely mechanical. Not a bit of biological matter to them. Protogens are cyborgs, a weaving of flesh and circuitry.

Good to know, thx! I genuinely didnt know there was two different "types" if we can call it that
nyxnyxnyxty
Does a synth shark still have two is the real question
EverNotRelevant

Cloacadeepindragons
