My first question is, does the mother dog look happy? Definitely not. Then I question, is the mother dog drugged? Then I look at the puppies. Are they even the same breed? It seems really off. Are the puppies from some puppy mill? The place looks run down and poor condition. It could be from China. China has a lot of content farms and exploitation for clicks. And then why is the kitten there? Did these circumstances happen naturally? Forced? Staged? I’m sensing a weird vibe.
Some of these questions kinda suggest that breeding of dogs may only occur when it's controlled by humans which is mostly for the sake of making money. But I'd assume there are many places like east europe and asia where something like this happens regularly, because there are many wild dogs and probably also cats. The wild dogs are often fed by people and even when they belong to a person the dogs probably live a more "natural" life i.e. being able to walk around freely.
